Recruiter Phone Screen
Should your skills be a good match, one of our in-house Talent Acquisition team members will reach out to you directly. This is an opportunity to get to know you better, understand how your skills and background fit our organization, and provide an overview of Tellurian and the position. This is a great opportunity for both parties to ensure mutual interest before moving forward in the recruitment process.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is an interview with the Hiring Manager. These interviews are conducted on-site with the Hiring Manager and other members of their team. It’s an opportunity for you to outline why you are a great fit for our open position. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a better sense of the position and Tellurian culture.
Offer
Expect to first receive a verbal employment offer. During this conversation, a Talent Acquisition team member will provide a thorough outline of the details of your offer.
Once the verbal offer has been completed, a formal employment offer will follow.
