Job Summary

The Lease Operator will be responsible for managing, conducting maintenance and reporting on assigned gas wells. This position will rely on both physical inspections of the equipment and remote notifications, alarms, and monitoring. The operator will verify, edit, and report on daily volumes through a variety of software applications.

Responsibilities

Performs daily operational check of assigned wells and production facilities in assigned area
Gathers, interprets production rates, evaluation performance, recommends and/or determines and implements appropriate course of action
Record pressures, check fluid levels, gauge tanks, switches
Performs trouble shooting on all equipment
Inspect/Monitors equipment
Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrections to existing procedures to ensure the assigned field meets performance standards

Qualifications

10+ years of industry experience
Associate degree or Technical Certification
Valid driver’s license
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, etc.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
